Report Card on App or Mobile Web Pages
Unfortunately we are unable to customize the PowerSchool App, so parents will not be able to see the Report Cards via an App.
For Mobile Web pages, this would be a situation where a parent uses a phone or iPad and opens up the Parent Portal via Safari or some other browser. This is similar to using a Computer, and yes, you will be able to see the link for the Report Cards and run them as a parent.

Printing a Blank Report Card
There is no way to run a blank report card but you could change the font for student name etc to white so it does not show when printing- just make sure you change it back.
