Report Card Archiving Storage
They are archived in the database under u_students_report_cards
They are stored as HTML and the size depends on how big the report cards are, but they shouldn't require too much space. But no way of knowing the actual size though.
You cannot designate network storage but you could print to PDF and store on the network that way if desired.

Printing a Blank Report Card
There is no way to run a blank report card but you could change the font for student name etc to white so it does not show when printing- just make sure you change it back.
