Mass Waive Fees - Lunch Status not used, Fee Exemption Status used

I showed Tina how to temporarily turn on the Mass Update/Delete Fees feature in District>MBA Student Fees Configuration. They can then at the school level get a current selection of the students needed. We found that the field Fee_Exemption_Status will equal a 1 if exempted from Course Fees, a 2 if exempted from School Fees, and a 3 if exempted from All Fees. Note: Our Fees Plugin does NOT look at this field when assessing fees.

Once she has the correct current selection of students, she can go to Special Functions>MBA Student Fees Functions>Mass Update/Delete. For Students, select the Current Selection from the Dropdown and then click Search Fees. If the displayed fees are correct, they can check the "Waive" checkbox at the top, and then click on Modify Fees to mass waive them.

For a free Cafe Plugin demo, she can contact Joy Vallosio at jvallisio@mba-link.com.
