Adding Course Fees (with Lunch Status and Prorating insturctions)

To set up Course fees you go to Start Page > School Setup > Courses > and then you will choose whatever course you are adding fees too.  there will be a Fees tab located at the top.

You will have an option to have Fee totals based on Reduced and Free lunch status, you can also exempt them. Remember if you do exempt them it will not show up anywhere that they were assessed or assigned that fee. If you want to track that but not charge them you can just make the amount 0 and that way it will still show on the reports but will not charge them.

You also have the ability to make a fee prorated in there and that will give you the option for the charges to auto calculate based on the days a student is in that course.
