How does the Lunch Status Adjustment Function Work
Start Page > Special Functions > Fee Functions > Lunch Status Adjustments
Fees which have been prorated, waived, discounted, or rolled are not included in the Lunch Status Adjustment Function. Fees that are listed on the Lunch Status Adjustment Screen will be adjusted accordingly if processed. If you need to adjust prorated, waived, discounted or rolled fees, you will need to make the adjustments manually on the student screen.
If an amount has been paid which exceeds the new fee amount, the over-payment will be refunded to the student's fee account balance.
